Fellaini is better than Huddlestone. Not fit to lace his boots is a little extreme I think.

You started saying you wouldn't take the lad in our team, then supported it by saying that everton were glad to see shot of him (probably since they got £27million rather than him being dross) and now Man U wanting to get rid as well. I'm just saying that because A team thats finished in the top 8 regularly and one thats won the premier league god knows how many times don't rate a lad doesn't mean we shouldn't either!

Anyway, its a differ of opinion in which nobody's going to change their mind so.....

Would anyone drop Chester to put Lescott at the back if we started going 442?

The Sunderland board are claiming that we have offered Lescott 75k a week in wages. <laugh> Anyone seen an actually figure that has been leaked?

As you wish, let's have a list of Hull City players past and present who in terms of footballing ability are fit to lace Fellaini's boots. Based on personal preferences, this could be a long list. In my opinion we have never had a player of that quality play for the mighty tigers. At least 99% of the Hull City players I have seen, in terms of footballing ability could only aspire to being that good.

Very few of our players ever have been fit to lace Fellaini's boots in terms of footballing ability.

Why the **** would that be on the Sunderland board and not here?

    Because it's ****ign bullshit.

He already came out saying that he'd half his wages (which I posted earlier but everyone seems to have ignored) so it will be more like 45k.

They are. They claimed that he already turned west ham down for 50k a week. I asked them for a link to back their 75k up but they havent responded. I tried googling it but havent found any leaked figures.

    Yea I know.

There is no way we offered that much. Which I said. Asked for a link. Just wondering if anyone has actually heard what our offer contained in wages.

I don't really care if you take it seriously. And you've no idea if Bruce would take him or not. Pure speculation.

Huddlestone. What a stupid argument still.

A man who is earning £0 per week from the first of July is prepared to play football for as little as 45k per week. I'm amazed at his lack of ambition. It's just too charitable of him.

Would you rather him be on £90k like he is until the first of July?

    Thought not.

Get a grip. Quite a few of our players are on money around that amount.

Errr, its still his job? He should be trying to get the best deal he can. He's only got a few years left then he's perhaps on £0 a week forever

Turned down 50k a week at West Ham and alleged to have been offered 75k a week to come here. Of course he will look for the best deal he can get for his last few years. Paying this lad what he wants only makes sense if you are thinking of moving on one of the other Centre halves. Macca's comments on him wanting 45k a week are just speculative guessing.

Lescott would be an excellent signing and Fellaini would take my feet off along with my socks. He's excellent but sadly would never come here.

Or maybe they're from a news article published a couple of weeks ago.
