My copy has just arrived, bloody lazy paperboy, and it's a massive well researched report with no punches pulled, just what the ST is good at.

I can't wait to see Blatter pull the 'too old, ill & mentally unwell to answer the allegations' routine.

That's what these corrupt old bastards do, like the war criminals, isn't it ........ ****ing sick note from the doctor <doh>

I`d be very surprised if they managed to pin anything on Blatter himself.

Neither would I be at all surprised if he tries to use this to his advantage in that he should be re-elected so he can fight the corruption.

He may be bent but he`s not stupid.

I wonder if this was a deliberate act of someone as a get out of Qatar, knowing a mistake was made, they have their money now so is this a way of moving it

Joe, the problem is that the game is supposed to be about entertaining football supporters ..... these days, that's the last consideration.

The FA Cup was reduced to a bit of an irrelevance and they're doing the same with the World Cup.

Do I care what happens in the World Cup nowadays, not much to be honest.
I've been with the English 'blazers', through work, and they're all corrupt like Blatter. (Geoff Hurst excluded, top man.)

They don't give a shiny **** about people like us.

What next, the Qatar winter Olympics because 'we really want to spread the message throughout the world' <doh>

Am I misreading your post Joe?

I don`t see how it can be seen as a mistake mate, not when there`s more evidence turning up daily to prove it was bought.

What is it with these sick bastards?

They have everything but 'too much is never enough', to quote John Cooper Clarke.

Dead right mate, you're spot on.

Without going into detail, that my stalkers seem to hate, I'll tell you a little story.

I was doing some consultancy work for a Russian oligarch in the south of France.

There was a project to redevelop the 10 acre gardens, at a cost of 11 million euros, but it fell down on a lack of available water in the summer.

The local council couldn't guarantee adequate supplies during a long summer when the hotels etc were full to bursting.

So the owner called me in to ask what solutions could be found.

He suggested a secret underground desalination plant whereby we'd steal the seawater and turn it into fresh water.

When I told him it was totally illegal he said he knew.

When I asked how we'd keep it a secret he said we'd buy the silence of the workers while they completed the job.

When I jokingly said they'd blab after the job was done, and we'd have to bury them in the hole they'd dug, he just shrugged <doh>

    He wasn't joking.

If you Google the yacht 'A' you'll see who I'm talking about, my end contract forbids me from naming names.

FIFA should consider re-running the World Cup 2022 bidding process if allegations about the Qatar bid are proven, according to one of the organisation's vice-presidents.

A report in the Sunday Times claims the former president of the Asian Football Confederation, Mohamed Bin Hammam, paid out almost £3m to garner support for Qatar's successful bid.

Qatar's campaign officials have always denied any wrongdoing and say Bin Hammam had no role in their bid, but the Sunday Times claim their leaked documents show he did work with the bidding team.

The entire bidding process for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups is being investigated by American lawyer Michael Garcia, and Jim Boyce told Sky Sports News he would not rule out a new vote if Garcia's report backs up the newspaper's findings.

He said: "I have absolutely no doubt that if there's concrete evidence supplied by Mr Garcia to FIFA and the Executive Committee it has got to be taken very, very seriously.

"I hope the right decision would be made at that time. I think (a new vote) would have to be a possibility, but...a full investigation is being carried out by Michael Garcia and let's wait for its developments."

Former Football Association chief executive Mark Palios said: "Irrespective of whether Qatar were playing a straight bat or not, the issue is this: is the process flawed?

"Did they come to the wrong decision? If this evidence tips the balance and makes people say it's clear that they've come to the wrong decision, then the process is flawed.

"And I think at that particular point in time, in fairness to everybody - which is one of the fundamental principles underlying sport - you have to consider whether or not you're going to re-run the process."

I meant what if someone like blatter wasn't linked to the paper trail but knew it was a mistake it going to Qatar. You can't exactly say no you can't have it. So leak the evidence and stop it going that way. Blatter already admitted last month or so that it was a mistake.

Blatter knew what was coming, you would have to be the thickest **** in the history of thickest ****s to stage a world cup there in June. I always thought Harry Redknacker was one of a kind but it seems there are foreign versions of him, just a shame they are connected very highly to FIFA..

Blatter`s not thick by any means. He`ll be getting his cut while everybody else gets the flak.

Can`t stand the man personally but you don`t get to the top and stay there as long as he has by being daft.
