Guys,

I have a ticket for the final on Saturday. The problem is I am an Arsenal fan and my ticket is in the Hull end. I got issued the ticket through my local club from the FA while I was away with the armed forces and didn't know which end I was in. I have tried contacting them to swop but allocation for local clubs is basically a lottery!

Basically does anyone have or know someone who is a Hull fan who has an Arsenal end ticket as I would like to swop?? I am not after any financial gain - just trying to use common sense and sort this out!

Many thanks

(I await all the banter)

Thanks for all your help but i've heard block 502 is the family block so it should be ok as I have heard a lot of people have the same issue...

For all you idiots...

The FA allocate tickets to 'grass roots' clubs across the country through their respective FA's. These tickets are in block 502 (half AFC half HCFC) - regardless of the team you follow, that is why we who are lucky enough to get a ticket, have asked if anyone in block 502 is in the AFC side.

In response to PLT - I do follow my LOCAL team but being a Royal Marine Commando I am not in the London any more and am in the South West. It is not as straight forward to get a ticket as an Arsenal fan unlike many other (smaller) clubs. As I spend most my time fighting a fight that's not mine its not worth the money to have membership.

Here's looking forward to a great game and a great atmosphere and a few beeeeeers!

Can't you just stand in the Arse side of 502? I'm assuming you're a vocal type of fan who wants to stand, sing and swear a bit hence the request for swappsys?

It was just that you said 'my local club' which made it sound like you had a proper team nearby but ****ed them off to support Arsenal.

What makes you say that? Because I'm a Marine? Very narrow minded that. Its like saying all Muslims are terrorists or all people from 'Ull are over weight, jobless scumbags.

You know what assumptions make.... I wanted to bring my 5 year old son but only got 1 ticket

And No PLT I didn't get my FA Cup ticket from Plymouth Argle or Exeter City. I meant my local little town club that play in the South western league.

Erm, ****ing hell, you're a bit sensitive for a booty aintcha?

I was just wondering why you didn't want to be in a neutral family section and if it was cos you wanted to be loud and proud.

My empathy for your situation just got ****ed off.

At the time of my original request I didn't know the 502 block was family or neutral or whatever (because I hadn't actually seen the ticket just what the club chairman told me).

I just didn't want to be in the situation of being in the middle of the Hull fans as;

A. I would like to be able to cheer if Arsenal Score
B. I would like to wear my Football top my son bought me
C. I DONT KNOW ANY HULL SONGS
D. I'm in the Corpes... don't need any fighting on these shores ha!

Looking forward to a great game

No, it's because you come across a bit of a twat.

You'll be ok, just join in with us and sing along to 'sacked in the morning' to Mr Wenger when we are 1 nil up from a Matty Fryatt goal.

I only heard that song for a bit...

Did you here me sing

2 nil and you f**ked it up
2 nil and you f**ked it up

Seriously mate we couldn't hear the Arsenal fans all game. So in answer to your question, no. Your support is poor at best. But hey, congrats. On beating lil' old Hull City, just, in the final few minutes of extra time, even though one of your midfielders cost more than our entire team twice over. You really thrashed us eh. You must be as proud of your team as we are. But I seriously doubt it.
