Umm what?

If I'm reading it right, it's a sarcastic commentary on the ludicrously defeatist nature of far too many posters on here. IF that is what it means, the I completely agree.

Man up, you bunch of bedwetting weirdos.

Glad you could understand it.<laugh>

Still being told no bids.

Hope so.

Anyone hear RK on Solent after the game. Very much lead me to think he is expecting activity on the out front.

He actually said things like (paraphrasing):

- well there are teams with larger financial clout than us; that's football

- everyone knows comversations happen in football; we're expecting to have more of those conversations

- no firm offers yet

It really was an interview that told a story to me, unfortunately.

Indeed. Practically everything he has said since arriving, taken together, looks like gentle preparation for players outgoing...and not necessarily against our will.

Yeah. I think we will get the talks with Pochettino sorted before anything else.

As I have been saying for ages. We will just have to see what happens, we may sell a few big players, we may not. We will just have to see what happens. I will say I think it will take big bids for even the board to even listen.

Rightly so. No-one is desperate to leave so we shouldn't be held to ransom. £20m for Lallana as is being reported just doesn't represent value for us.

It definitely doesn't. Way short of real value to us. I agree no-one is 'desperate' to leave, but I do begin to wonder if Adam has had his head turned.

I hang on to the hope that he has not.

Ha..! What an amazingly coincidental figure compared to our so-called transfer debt. Someone is under researching their wind-ups. They could have made the outline bid as £22M.

You're suggesting that someone who keeps our club accounts at hand is under-researching?

I don't doubt that this is real, largely because I imagine that it's Man U that's leaking this.

Do people still not believe some dodgy stuff is going on with the press?
