After seeing our game in hd and on a tele

That elmo dive was worse than I thought absolutely shocking

Cut it out elmo

Forkin hell, you're brave! Hope you've got your tin hat ready, any criticism of the manager or players, specially the managers tactics, is a big no no. Support and praise only.

Stuart Blampey, Polly and co will be on here to rip the absolute piss out of you for posting that, and rightly so, you pissy pants whinging tart.

Don't worry about me, I'm a tactical genius, I'd have had us safe by Christmas.

I would also have got us promoted earlier, I wouldn't have signed Simon Walton...

The long incident

Its hard to say it's a difinitive penalty but I'm surprised it wasn't given there was definite contact

Long wasn't offside though

...Nor would you have signed Aaron Wilbraham, but instead would have brought Deano back at that point and we would have won the League 1 title instead of the Twatters :D

I'm not going to read this thread, the last page or two suggest I'm best off sticking with just reading the ending.

I hate us playing 3-5-2(I think I may have mentioned this already), we always look uncomfortable(other than Liverpool at home), Bruce is not a PL player, Aluko is and he just saved the day.

Aluko just singlehandedly won us the point that secures our safety, he deserves more recognition than he gets, along with Huddz, he's our most talented player.

Agree with all this.

I am just a mere supporter and love watching, I wouldn't get into a conversation about tactics because I don't understand enough but I wonder if anyone else does what I do and just shout SHOOT because they always seem to want to get themselves in a perfect position for a perfect goal when in my humble opinion if you have the goal in your sights and are 2 0 down then why not just have a shot rather than lose the ball in some clever passing moves and fancy footwork.

I wouldn't have started Aluko, but I'd have brought him on at half time.

We needed to put them under more pressure, Bruce is not a PL footballer, I'd have replaced him with Boyd or Aluko at half time.

Fortunately, we did soon enough, but we could have won today.

Bruce has been great for us, but he goes too defensive too early, we have the talent to outplay teams, we're better if we don't go defensive.

I'd agree with you against the teams outside the top 6 but I think we have to be more cautious against the top sides, especially away from home but last Sunday showed the potential danger of playing an open game against the top sides. If you don't take your chances, you can pretty much guarantee they'll make you pay for it by taking theirs.

I'd probably be happier with us playing 4 at the back all of the time if we had two dependable full backs. Rosie is a very good right back and a more than decent left back but can't play both at the same time. Figueroa's been dreadful for most of the season and Elmo isn't at his best as a full back and particularly not against better opposition.

If the players are turning in **** performances, and the manager making the same mistakes every time we go behind, we fee-paying supporters are quite entitled to criticise them. Now **** off and stop moaning about the moaning.
No, you **** off and stop moaning about us moaning about the moaning ****s

Even though I disagree with him on this, I won't be ripping the piss out of OLM, on account of the fact that he usually posts sensible and inoffensive stuff.

By contrast, you nearly always post ****e.

Phew, although I thought we could have got the winner at the end when Aluko was taking it into the corner, Long was open in the box, but I'll take a point after being 2 down! I think & I do mean THINK, we are finally safe. Not an easy game to watch though!

Yes, I was wanting us to cross when we got the free kick. It turned out there was only a few seconds to go and we had so many forwards we were swamping them. Admittedly we didn't have many defenders! Fulham's scoreboard clock stopped at 45 minutes each half so you couldn't see how long was left unless you timed it yourself.

I'm not Aluko's biggest fan because he's usually denying somebody else a place who's usually more effective but when we swamped the attack it didn't matter so much.

Wonder where it'll figure on the MOTD line-up? **** first half; fantastic second.

I remember once on MOTD when they only showed one match in a programme - it was at Craven Cottage! - they said the first half was so bad they would only show the second half.

IF

but on the whole the manager and players have done well this season.

The players seemed happy at the end. Harper was a lot more demonstrative than usual.

Would you have started with Aluko? I just cannot see 90 minutes in him yet.
My only concerns are that he doesn't get past defenders and loses the ball easily, but that is the nature of players like him. His creativity is refreshing and he finds spaces that elude others, but......

Aluko is good with passing but not taking players on. He can't be worth a start yet.
