    Relocation problems include the fact there is no immediate place for the nuclear deterrent to go. While Milford Haven in Wales and Devonport in Plymouth have been suggested, both would lead to safety fears and almost certainly run into local opposition.

    Simply detonate them where they are.

    We all end up with no nuclear deterrent, Scotland gets a face lift and everyones a winner :)

    As every **** in the world knows precisely where we keep our nukes it would be interesting to know how many missiles the Russians have programmed to hit that little corner of Scotland.

    It would be funny if after you ****s voted yes, we "accidently" launched one from there heading to a former Soviet military base. Down here we could all have BBQ parties outside watching the new northern lights. :)

    The Russkies opened their files a few years ago and yep, Faslane was at the top of the list in the UK targets, I'd have been first to be obliterated, the good thing is I would have known **** all about it, i'd have been turned to dust just like that. You daft ****s on the other had would be left living the rest of your painful lives in a post apocalyptic wilderness or Thurso as it's better known.
