Just been told by someone close to the club that the proposed name change has been rejected.

I just hope now that CTWD cease their existence and we can now concentrate on footballing matters starting with the massive game on Sunday.

Let's hope the non CTWD lot start making a noise as they don't normally.

Not the only news coming out the club.

Sully Muntari has also signed for us, done deal done deal done deal done deal. That one was kept quiet, £3m fee and £45k per week so my source says. Also a £3.5m bid accepted for Livermore this morning.

I wish that was true.

Whether this is the end of the matter, assuming the FA reject the name change, depends entirely upon the Allam family. If they stand by the FA ruling and drop their plans then I'm sure you'll have your wish and CTWD will, in your confusing words "cease their existence".

Thought yousaid you wouldnt say what your supoosed ITK pal says

Not much point in having a campaign group if there's nothing to campaign about.

We've got people in the room and we still have no news yet.

So youre saying this guys source is wrong? Again?

Today won't be the end, it's the start of another ****ing chapter of what will be more bickering, squabbling and falling out. This is what this whole episode has brought on and it's not just Allam's fault nor is it CTWD's. It's collective amongst ourselves considering we all have one interest in mind and that's this football club. For years, supporters have debated about what's the best way forward for this club but all of a sudden it's become unrelenting and petty and to be quite frank it's put me off ever discussing it for the fear of being on the end of a berating from someone who 'doesn't quite agree with me'.

I really hope today is the end and we can just ****ing enjoy the football but to be quite frank I can't just see this being the period at the end of the sentence rather the comma separating it

I can assure you it has been rejected.

You lying bastard. <laugh>

We all know it's going to be rejected, not difficult to make up a thread and pretend you heard early. How exactly would you know before CTWD committee members when they have people in the room?

I'm guessing the future of CTWD will be down to the Allam familys response to the FA's name change rejection ?
