Hi Mike - how's the league 1 campaign going?
Not brilliant, but at least I'll have the small consolation that you budgies will be relegated as well this season!

Hi Mike - how's the league 1 campaign going?

Panic sacking!TBH this is more bizarre than the shenanigans at Fulham this season!
Taking a risk on an complete unknown may or may not work in the lower leagues, but in the Premiership with 5 games to go it is tantamount to suicide. This could finally be a gamble too far by McNally!![]()
If you haven't watched a Norwich game in 5 months, what gives you a right to judge?

Because I watched enough of the 12 months before that and heard/read enough on both here and various websites, soccer Saturday etc.
That ok with you Russell?

Hi Mike - how's the league 1 campaign going?

I posted this on our board. I really hope for your sake you stay up.
" A BIG mistake, IMHO.*
3 months ago, with time left to sort out the season would have been understandable. But a handful of unwinnable games from the end of the season? Why?!
Hughton may not have done well in the Premiership, but look at the fantastic job he did at Newcastle, winning the Championship in their first season down.*
What Norwich need now is a manager with the proven ability to drag a team straight back up from the Championship in their inevitable first season down.*
Now who has the credentials for that job?
Seriously, it's like slashing your tyres because you have a puncture!"

I'm sure some people have seen this in the past, if you head to about 1:50 there's a few minutes of Adams discussing tactics its hard to judge from such a short chat but it seems like he is an intelligent coach. Hopefully when we turn out against Fulham we look positive and close down like he's discussing in this clip.
I half agree with you, personally I would've changed it in December, but I think if we start looking for heads to roll from the board we'll be in real danger of throwing the baby out with the bath water. Hughton has obviously been teetering on the brink for a while & was almost certainly going to be going in the summer no matter what. But if we'd picked up the win yesterday then I think the boards approach would've been vindicated.
It's probably fair to say that, as bad as some of our performances have been, I don't think too many would've seen yesterdays 'performance' coming. In light of that non-show, I don't think there was much of an option with CH, even if it seems desperate.
You got 32 points and a game against Fulham, I'd be very happy if Cardiff was in that position.
I was going to respond with something about Col U, then I realised that I don't know where you are in the league, or who your manager is, or who any of your players are, or anything about you actually.
Let me just check....
Yep, it's 2014!

You'll be antiquated with the lower leagues once again sooner rather than later given your latest managerial activities!![]()
