I remain very sceptical of Adams.
My gut is telling me it is going to be a disaster.

Get ready for a backlash from outsiders stating how we have sacked such a lovely guy and a manager doing a 'good job' keeping us out of the bottom 3.
Fortunately for them they haven't had to watch the bile we have these past 18 months.
I might actually watch a Norwich game for the first time in 5 months on Saturday...
I think this rest on the fact that for the last two games we've had an abject style of play with the tactics starting poor and getting worse when they didn't work. It all had a feel of panic about the changes. I think that this move mirrors di Canio's appointment quite strongly people said that was mad but the change got the most out of the players and they drew themselves up. We've got the talent in our squad if this move will bring the best out of them then I'm largely for it.
What should happen though is that if we stay up we should be fooled into thinking Adams would be a gooding term solution.
He might be excellent but it would need a proper review and due diligence before he's appointed proper. We must get swept up in any hype.

This is a real gamble which I don't think needed to be made.
There is more risk attached to this than potential gain.
I think he would have kept you up and you could have fired him in the summer.
Now you're back in the cauldron.
We were in the cauldron before and after this. Hughton had no chance of getting anything from our last games (although I doubt Adams will fare any better)
We have Fulham, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man U and Arsenal so we're probably ****ed regardless.
Have you actually looked at our form and fixtures before commenting? We have lost 6 away on the bounce and have the run in from hell. We were dead under Hughton and had next to no chance of anything at Fulham, a game we must win.[/]
His team are more preoccupied with winning the Premier League!
