The guy is a grade A ****er with an innate dislike of Hull. He came to Hull for the Chelsea game a few years ago which was abandonded the night before because of the snow. Theu cancelled the game early so supporters didn't have a wasted journey. Green had already travelled amd did his Friday night programme from queens gardens. He slated us, stating, and I'm paraphrasing, "tinpot clubs like hull shouldn't be in the premier league if they have tp abandon matches due to snow". What was worse, another game was cancelled and he understood that safety comes first! Unfortunately Iwas working and ccouldn't ring in. I haven't listened to him since.
He works for the BBC and therefore believes his own publicity. According to their radio and local TV map, there is stil a place called Humberside. The BBC needs changing. They maintain this mythical region for no more than their own technical and logistical needs. The licence fee payers don't matter on this one.
Another good one from Alan Green and his Liverpool supporting cohort. "Liverpool have beaten everyone else on aggregate this season". Oh yeah? Hull City 3 Liverpool 1 Liverpool 2 Hull City 0 3-3 No they haven't.
Maybe the tosser has an away goals rule for his statistic , cant stant the twat , the wat he says Rooooooneeeey ond how he pronounces OGS . Make me want to sandpaper face , contract a urine infection and piss on his grazes
That is the sign of a bad journalist not getting his facts right, as well as him being a tosser with knobs on.
They don't always count (play offs) & as he didn't state at the time that they did count he remains wrong & a fat ****
He's a ****house of the highest order, however in commentary he did state that he had been given this 'fact' by either a steward or some bloke in the Liverpool hospitality suites. His only crime is not checking his facts. A crime nonetheless and he should be dipped in creosote and set alight.
