    The weekend was magnificent.

Newcastle won 4-1 away in the PL - highly unusual
Sunderland got battered 3-1 in the Mickey Mouse Cup - highly unusual for them to be there but predictable and highly amusing
Pardew gave everyone a laugh with his usual touchline antics - not unusual bar the method he used
England actually won a game of cricket - beyond unusual
I got some off the missus two nights in a row - highly unusual for her these days

You really ought to have watched the game :)

BTW, if you really think Pardew's antics were amusing, then you're going to piss your pants with the fall-out. I don't know what the stuffed shirts at the FA are going to do, but I suspect they're planning to make an example of him.

I did watch the game, they were just toying with you until they decided to try <ok> Could have 5 in the end but somehow they managed to mess up a couple of 4 on 2 situations. Shame really.

I don't think there is any doubt he will be in for a hammering. Thankfully we sit 8th in the table under zero pressure so its unlikely to have much effect. Now if we were 18th staring down the barrel, it would be a different matter. So yeah I probably will be able to have a chuckle.

You keep clinging to this hope. We'd still finish 10 points clear of yourselves on this seasons form

10 points each by my reckoning. Though you have played a game less.

I think the mackems should have a re-think when it comes to Pardew and any proposed touchline/stadium ban. After all, our next game is Fulham away. No Pardew could mean less chance of us winning....could mean points for Fulham....could mean they go level on points with the mackems at the bottom of the league.

Could ultimately result in the mackems going down <ok>
