Last year I had to make a video for my degree, posted it on here and managed to get **** loads of views from people on this site. So I'm calling on your help again. It's my dissertation this time. I need responses to my survey about people's satisfaction with their Internet services:

PLT's survey

Every so often on here we have debates about ISPs and peoples' experiences with them, this is the kind of info I need. The survey shouldn't take more than about 3-4 minutes and I think I've made it pretty simple so even if you're not IT savvy you should be able to manage it <ok>

Now for the American bit - the survey is only open to people from the UK and USA because this is what I'm studying for the dissertation. I know it's going to be harder to get responses from Americans because I don't know any so if the American people on here can help me out I'll be very grateful.

That was hard <ok>

Not sure if you're joking?

If anyone has any constructive criticism by the way, on anything I should change or whatever then I'm totally open to that of course. It's easy for me looking at it to think it's good when I made it but others looking from the outside might see something I've not noticed.

Oh and thanks by the way chaps <ok>

I was expecting a question about which ISP I use but only you know if that's relevant or not of course.

I decided to compare the two countries (USA and UK) rather than different ISPs between each other, partly because the likes of Ofcom already do that, so I didn't think it was necessary to ask which ISP people use. Thanks for the feedback though <ok>

'A few times a day' and 'Several times a day' seemed a bit redundant, too similar.

Thanks for that, it's a good point. In my head 'a few times' was maybe 3-5 whereas several was maybe 10+, but yes they do seem a bit similar. I'll look into changing that.
