I suggest trying philadephia, mixed with chilli sauce... and cabbage..... then fried like bubble and squeak.
A great use for leftover Sunday dinner.

Used to like cheese as a kid, the only time I have any now is when I go to McD's after the match and it's on the fillet of fish roll.

Didn't bother last night, made a beeline home to go to the local and drown my sorrows.

Generally, I'm no fan of Swiss, Dutch or smoked cheeses. King of cheeses? Surely either Parmigiano or a quality camembert. Pecorino Toscana worthy of mention. Best of British? Stilton. Best of the hybrids? Cambozola. Best cheese nations? 1. France 2. Italy. 3. UK

Or some mature on toasted brown bread with 'Mrs Bridge's mulled wine and blueberry preserve' spread on top. De-licious.
 
Crumbly Wensleydale with red onion chutney.
Baked Camembert with a french stick.
Strong cheddar with Branston pickle.

ACS has a thing for that Swiss Emmenthal, although sometimes the holes are too big for him to touch the sides.
