Red Fox is a lovely cheese. Black Bomber is a top cheddar. Tunworth is a great stinky cheese for baking and serving with crusty bread.
 
Woah, this thread was started in 2014, rebumped the next year, resurrected last year and has now returned once more.

It's old enough to contain the presumably-now-deceased Fredor.
 
A good cheddar is hard to beat, however a good Parmesan, sliced with a nice cracker… takes some beating. I thought my mate was mad when he suggested it but parmesan is fantastic eaten the traditional way.

I like Parmesan shavings on a bed of rocket with a drizzle of balsamic glaze on. Sublime.
