I am in such shock at that news. I only watched his Capote oscar winning speech last night, cannot believe it. Such a wonderful actor.
Can never be 100% sure because of all the false memory stuff, but he is obviously a creep having an affair (then marrying) his stepdaughter that he had known since childhood.
She brought it to court before only for it to be thrown out because a cop was judged to have influenced the jury so I read.
