Poor performance that a Sunderland side on a decent run took advantage of, frankly I expected them to win just not as comfortably.

We as a club though should NEVER be in a position having to field the team we did. Absolutely no depth, squad depleted of best midfielder and missing a top scorer who doesn't even belong to us!

Ending up forced to play Ameobi brothers who clearly aren't good enough for normal selection then throwing on a new guy signed with a day to spare lacking in fitness.

Signing players after the start to our season would have given a real confidence booster, instead the lads are feeling dejected and sorry for themselves.

No excuses for those left not to perform but it was there for all to see today. Pardew was hung out to dry, frankly his options were shamefully limited...

I'd be willing to bet that im a better ****ing player than Shola. How can you start a striker who hasn't scored in 28 appearances?? Thats 2 home derby defeats in a row at 3-0. Everyone knew this would happen, i suspect theres going to be some problems tonight.

I tell you truly: that bloke would not get a game for many Conference sides, yet many fans treat him as if he were some kind of a hero.

Well I know there has been a drive to make this fixture more friendly but to give us 6 points this season to keep us up is just too much, I think we only got you guys a bottle of wine and a card!

give ower with the excuses you were only 2 short of your normal full team **** happens

Seriously lads, do you always play that direct route one bollox? ****ing shocking lads. Blame has got to lie with Pardew here. Tactics of a footballing dinosaur. Your season is over lads, I'd make sure I'd use the remaining time to force your manager out if I were you. The bloke had nothing.

If I was a Police Horse i would be ****in ****ting myself now!!! But the Police should be whacking the **** out the players, not the fans!! Send them into the dressing room to bash the brains out of that twat of a manager, and then ride up the stairs and then stampede over the pissed up corpse of our Director of Football. He would feel a thing anyway, being so pissed up by now he would think he was watching Stoke vs West Brom.. I do not care how ****ing poor you are,,, Never Ever Buy a ****ing thing from Sport Direct again if you really support this CLUB, Because you have seen our future today if you keep spending with that twat!!!

Funny you call him the Mackem Slayer then say he is usless

SAFC chanting 'your getting sacked in the morning' to Pards might be onto something according to Mark Douglas.

Mark Douglas ‏@MsiDouglas 20m

Pardew (fatally?) damaged by today. Ameobi inclusion led to direct approach which just didn't work. #safc had their number

MontyMag ‏@MontyMag 15m

@MsiDouglas fatally? You think? Sacked this week?

Mark Douglas ‏@MsiDouglas 12m

@MontyMag Believe me, there was pressure on him before today Monty...

I think you'll find I said NO EXCUSES there – perhaps give it a read next time before commenting...

I would call that excuses

So those things didn't actually happen then? Oh good, thanks for clearing that up. Apparently lads Cabaye and Remy did play, crisis over.

As I already SAID we were beaten by the better ELEVEN on the day...
