Roo- the bet wasn't in Man City to win 4-1 it was that if you put up to £10 on City to win then they would make the odds 4 to 1. I didn't want to win this money but it does soften the blow a little.
I wonder if the FA will do the right thing and rescind the red card for Rose? I'm guessing that they won't.

Well lads we lost this one pretty badly. Thing instantly on my mind now is how Sherwood lifts the team. This is his first real test as the man in charge so he needs to ensure the lads don't let their heads drop and get back to winning ways asap. Let's hope he can do it and quickly. We need to go on another good run.

Everything's just falling City's way. They've been great but deflections have paid off for them twice in the second half as well as the lino giving 2 big calls in their favour.
Another f-ing 5-1 for them at the Lane. I miss when we took them for 6 points every season
What I said at half time pretty much still rings true, we gave it a good effort with 10 men but the first half had a few poor performances. Fairplay to Llori and Rose, they were our best players, it's just a shame Rose was sent off for what should've been praised as a goal saving challenge.

we won't be the only ones! they are a fantastic team, but anyone with half a footballing brain can surely see that we have been totally ****ed over by the officials tonight. It's bad enough when you're playing any other premier league side and things go against you, but it's just curtains against a side like city.
The officials completely ruined what little chance we did have.
We can appeal the red, I'm sure. Plus Rose only misses one game even if we can't.
