I've only ever used Firefox on here, not sure what that adds! Using images straight from Google Images cannot go wrong surely, i do sometimes get trouble with images taken from saved computer files, but that only gives me thumbnail sizing issues, sometimes giving that silly small image, but thats fairly easy to re-size. Never have I seen 3 dots. Some images in media articles don't work because of copyright, they get blocked, maybe its that, I always use Google Images or create my own photoshop from images taken from Google and have never had much problem. I've seen all of hbics images he's attempted aswell, though sometimes I wish I hadn't!
please log in to view this image OK that was with firefox and it worked fine, but I have had issues before. I don't know I am not an expert on these matters but it has to be a settings issue surely, otherwise nobody would post images or evrybody would.
Some images I can see, some I cannot (Firefox) . There is obviously a rendering issue of some kind with whatever the final HTML/XML form of the 'image' text is.
Because I work late nights I often see the site when its down, and virtually every night (early hours of the morning) the database goes down, so I'm thinking its more to do with this site then anyones browsers or settings as I have had the same issue using Opera or the standard Andoid browser and of course as PNP points out, certain users like HBIC have been targeted for their constant posting of certain material!
Spurf : With Firefox, I always see the three dots for piccies when looking at not606 while not logged in. So for the occasions when logged in that I get the three dots, that would suggest the rendering mode is being driven by stuff like login cookies perhaps being mis-interpreted.
