it was alright besides the fact that they screwed up almost all the tube lines/stations references. Can't believe they didn't do their homework.
I think it was always going to be hard for them to follow that last series. They'd set the bar very high. I'm struggling a bit with them over-cooking Sherlock's lack of social skills. It seems to conflict with the observational deductions he uses.
I don't find it confusing at all, it's just the entire series was turned upside down in the space of a second...
Oh my god... How could they end it like that? Now we'll have to wait another 50 years for the next series...
That episode was class, Mikkelsen was a brilliant villain and I wasn't expecting him to leave like that... Also, how many twists can you put in a single episode? And that ending - that is probably a better cliffhanger than Sherlock's survival last series...
The Bridge is class, as was The Killing, certainly both top 5 for me, but not better than Sherlock. It's all opinion though.
The Bridge? Is that the one rewritten several times, including the recent version called The Tunnel? If so, yes, excellent.
