OK we get the point, but is there a chance you all can give the witchunt a rest, it's getting a bit repetitive and tedious, and not at all clever.
It feels like our bench has been weak for a while. I no longer feel at 60m "ooh great ----- is coming on, we might turn this around". Step up Sam Gallagher?!
Boruc has posted an update on his Instagram regarding his hand, with the caption on the photo saying "Nearly there" with a winky face at the end. Squads starting to get healthy again which is great news for us for the second half of the season.

lawro has predicted a draw. did you see how little he wrote? I know its Xmas but ffs, put some bloody effort into your so called analysis!
Would anyone like to see Ramirez from the start in this game? He could potentially replace Schneiderlin as I'm sure for Uruguay he plays a bit deeper with Cavani and Suarez up front. He won't be as good at tackling obviously but Everton play a similar game to ourselves and get the ball down, shouldn't be the most physical of midfield battles. I just think bringing JWP on instead of Ramirez would be more beneficial in this game. Just a thought.
Clattenburg hasn't refereed an Everton match at Goodison Park since the 2007 Merseyside derby debacle at Goodison Park.
If we get a positive result away to Everton, I will be mightily impressed. I say this with consideration to Morgan and Victor being unavailable against a very good midfield.
No. When he loses the ball he watches his opponent leave with it. No other player in our team does that; they immediately start trying to get it back. He just doesn't fit, IMO. I speak as someone who desperately wanted him to succeed but he's a square peg in a round hole in a team that relies on everyone fitting in. Vin
Never has a player had as much goodwill from the fans as Ramirez, but time to move him on. He had a new chance with a new manager, but was unable to take it.
I'd like to see a bit more of Gaston, but the cynic in me says he's only making appearances now because we're putting him in the shop window for the January sales. Actually hope I'm wrong because from the little we've seen I still believe in the guy, but I don't think he figures that high in Pochettino's plans. I certainly don't see him playing alongside Cork, but maybe in front of Cork and Davis, creating stuff for Adam and Jay, and with Rickie holding the ball up. Very much doubt he'll start though.
I just don't think Gaston is suited to a pressing team. He's good in short sharp bursts not an up and down the ppitch type of player.
I agree with you. He just does not suit our style of play. He is not what you would call a team player which is what we are all about. I think he would do well in a league where the pace of play is generally a bit slower ie Italy
