Cardiff's supporters were phenomenal today, in how they reacted today. Got behind the team, made their feelings known.

Thought they were great, very vocal and if that was Malky's send off then fair play.

If Cardiff do sack Mackay, it should make our match against Cardiff a bit easier as I can see Tan appointing a real wildcard as their new manager.

Reports earlier that there's a big name working overseas who they believe is lined up. Sven Goran Eriksson is at rather short odds...would fit.

That may even make me feel sorry for Cardiff fans.... Oh hang on, no it won't. Yes, they are having a rough ride from the owner and they showed good support of Malkay, But I won't be having much sympathy for that lot. I'm afraid I put them in the bracket of fans that I don't care too much for. I know it's not all of them but they have a large number of animals following them and I have no time for them.

It annoys me that current events will suddenly make them appear like the best fans ever, when their reputation previously was not pleasant.

I think it was a desperation job. He'd been looking at cover/successor to Evra and knew he wouldn't get Baines then and if Buttner had been on the radar a little and we were about to conclude, he may have just thought 'bollox' we better get this done.

I wish we had got him - reasonable cover for Shaw....

Really? His defense positioning is just as questionable as fox did you not see him play on carlton cole by a country mile? I have a mate who is from Arnhem and I saw him playing for Vitesse you could tell he was quality going forward in that league but defensively....hmmm
