Popped in to see if there was any banter about tomorrows game on here but all of the old posters seem to have gone. Whats happened to pottermouth and others?

we always had decent banter a few of your lads supportted my lads bike ride to Berlin for charity, so i will always havew a soft spot for you lads.

So where can we go to have some prematch banter?

All left mate,

Hughes has done to them, what he did to our team, supporters & messageboards...and some of them are just starting to realise it.

Shame because i enjoyed reading there comments to each other. <ok>

Not all of us Queenslander..
We're due to hammer a team, sooner rather than later. Our defending is **** but we're scoring goals now. Let's hope that game is tomorrow.

Nice to see around.

You might get a surprise tomorrow we ate not the team that the table would suggest and we ate learning to win again, three wins in the last four games. What's more winning with a passing game and playing out from the back.

The other key has been the return of Wes Brown, his reading of the game is just at another level and we have only leaked one goal in the 225 minutes he has been on the park, so I don't think you can expect this to be the hammering you are looking for.

I take it from some of the comments that Hughes is not going down that we'll with the fans, what he done to your style of play?
 
It seem's that quite a few of our player's like to talk a good game now, in some ways similar to your guys?
I think? that's come from Hughe's influence since he arrived. And we too are passing the ball now. It's time that our squad should " Walk the walk" not come out with bull**** like. " We owe our fans a good performance" and so on. I think many Mackem's will be surprised at how we approach games now. IMHO BOTH teams are in a false position but, the table does not lie as they say....

ONE good thing to come from Pulis leaving. We're now playing football and I for one am enjoying it. At least we're having a go at teams eventually Shawcross and Co will come good again and we'll be fine.

Supposedly we wasted £10 million when trailing Agudelo!

As much as i hate MH, I'd also like to see you win.

Please don't take this the wrong way, it was just a little chuckle at the Stoke posts since Pulis left.

They're in complete contrast to the Pulis era when I couldn't pay my Stoke mate to say the football was drab.

He defended it to the death even though he rarely went towards the end.

Good win mate, I watched the game and you only looked potent when you reverted...or sorry, "included" your old style with the new.

Fully deserved win but some real comedy defending from Shawcross & his mate Huth...You were lucky not to go 1 down at the start when neither of them knew where the ball had gone. Thats the MH influence!
Still its 3 points on the board for you. Well done. Deserved that win <ok>

so both goals were scored off the deck means reverting back to old ways?, I dont think you watched us much under Pulis then, you have obviously got a massive problem with Mark Hughes and somehow are willing us to be relegated so that you can be proved right?, the Mark Hughes influence got us a 2 nil win so he can influence as much as he wants for me. You need to let this obsession with Hughes failing go. You will more than likely be promoted this year anyway.

I think you'll find if you read any of the other posts I have put up, that I actually want you guys to stay up.
I look forward to playing against you lot & would prefer it to be in the Prem.
I said before that, you guys got a load of stick for your "style/ tactics" but if other teams dont want you in the Prem, then it up to every one of them to beat you so you get relegated. So far its not happened and good luck to you.

As for Hughes, Well I'm QPR so what do you expect.
FYI, i have seen a bit of you as I keep tabs on Crouch as I know his family from Back home. Keep up <laugh>

I can see that the style has changed, but be honest, you were pretty crap for the first 15 mins and should have been 1 down. BUT you didnt so good luck to ya!

I'm watching !!<yikes>
 
I still lurk, but have been very busy with other commitments, so haven't been able to keep so much track of the football this season. Hopefully after Xmas...
