Their new one could be quite a beaut! Or at least it's to be a comparable size to SJP. Good thing we're raiding them before their squad gets a chance to play in front of 50k there

That's Barton gone then, no doubt this lad will take about nine months to get used to the league and then get injured for a year, branded a flop and shipped out to a mid-table Serbian Superliga club.
Why would it mean that Bartons gone?

Err, no. Because he's the younger, cheaper player that Barton said Llambias was trying to replace him with. We're hardly crying out for a central midfielder, we need a striker and a centre half, but Laurel and Hardy don't care about improving the team, they just want to sign cheap, young players who they can sell on for a profit in a couple of years.
