Sold out , looking forward to this but check the other thread regarding who's in charge The Swans will be backed by over 1,700 away fans at Fulham after the club sold its allocation for Saturday's trip to Craven Cottage. Michael Laudrup's side return to Barclays Premier League action following the international break as the Swans look to claim a third-straight win at Craven Cottage, having won their previous trips 2-1 and 3-0 at the venue. And, with the remaining tickets for Swans fans being snapped up over the weekend, the team will be cheered on by a 1,700-strong following in London as they target a fourth victory in the league.
Would love to get back to winning ways with a convincing 3-0 victory. But given our recent form I'm expecting a close game with us just about coming out on top. Swans to win 2-1 bony and shelvey.
....and I've just found out that my Fulham buddies have bought us tickets next to them, not the neutral end. Could be very awkward - not to mention dangerous.
For goodness sake dont go doing a Neil Kinnock KJ I predict you will have to resist strongly on 2 occasions!
I'm quietly confident we'll carry on in the same vein as the second half of the Stoke game. Hopefully a turning point. In which case a slim but tidy win.
Update - I've asked my mates to try and get neutral end tickets (I'll obviously pay). If push comes to shove though I'm stuck. Takes me back to the local derby up at Ninian years ago when I sat with the Cardff fans because a mate is a Cardiff fan [see I do have mates and one does actually support them. ] Can't remember the result but it was horrendous.
Fulham are OK. If you want to look at home in their end, you'll need a £500 jacket though. Best dressed fans in the Premiership
They are happy to go to the away pub with us. Anyone know what / where it is? I think someone mentioned a beach type bar or something a while back. Sounds unlikely.
That wasn't my point but never mind. 'our forum'...hmm. Thought you were a happy contributor to both. Isn't this your forum too?
As far as I am aware Dill hasn't left this forum. There is no reason why he can't contribute. (and don't read too much into a comment when I am trying to be helpful to you )
I read what I read. I just thought the use of the word 'our' was unusual. Perhaps a slip. I'm shocked that some haven't left the forum though. Why would anyone who thought this place was so bad still want to contribute here? That 'group' has done nothing but post here saying how it's dying / fading away/ tumblweed central and pile the abuse onto valley. Unless to wum and cause havoc of course. Now that would make sense. If I felt that way about a forum I wouldn't waste my time with it.
