In a more meaningful game , India are currently in a good position against West Indies: West Indies 196/7 (64.1 ov)
He's not done anything wrong.. But To be honest, not seen much of him so wouldn't want this to become another Compton scenario, looked decent against lesser opposition then go found out at Test Level. There's another But.. Right now, unless they stick with Root at the top, leaves #6 spot up for grabs, I go back to what I said that for me Bairstow didn't do much wrong.. In short I would mind a Top 7 of: Cook Root/Carberry Troot KP Bell Bairstow (Root if Carberry gets the opening slot) Prior
No worries, from what I've seen, he's done well (enough) coming in at 6, would (will) improve over time, he's a damn decent fielder too.. However, Carberry's meant to be decent in the field too and Root going in at 6 would give us a very strong (if on form) middle order!
