Just a bit of fun really, with the fixtures for next season due out next week who do people want for the first game or Boxing day or any of the christmas/new year fixtures? Is your choice down to local rivalry, location or chance for a day out?
I'd like Blackpool away first game, would be a good weekend away in the summer, went to Bloomfield road once and it was mid december and freezing cold so would be nice to go when it's warmer! Would be nice to have another Yorkshire derby again on boxing day too. Other than that, you can gaurantee we'll be given a bugger of an away trip for a mid week game (Brighton, Southampton or someone like that).
 
I always like to start with a home game against someone simple. I'd take Donny at home any day of the week.

I'll look out for the Leeds games, and who we play on Boxing Day etc. But the one I really care about is getting off to a good start at home.
 
First game: Crystal Palace (A)- I'm on holiday so a game I wouldn't go to
Boxing day: Donny (H)- don't know why really, good, competetive local derby to enjoy in a classic boxing day fixture
 
Being an exiled tiger I'll be looking for any of our away fixtures in the South. Particularly looking forward to making a weekend of the Brighton fixture (which means it'll be on a Tuesday no doubt).
 
Would like Blackpool away in the first 4 weeks, Local derby on boxing day at the KC, Leeds would be nice, One of the relegated teams first up (West Ham at the KC), cos their moral will be low and they wont know what to expect. Finish the season with home games against Doncaster and Peterborough
 
I'm visiting Hull for 4 days in August so will be here for the opener, so I'd like Birmingham or West Ham at home for two reasons - to strike them while they are weakened and also to test out our new squad. After that, Leicester away please. And preferably Colchester, Walsall, AFC Wimbledon or Crawley away in the League Cup (so I can visit friends.)
 
I guessed that we would have Fulham in the first season in the prem
When we came back down I guessed Swansea

I am guessing at Watford at home first game!!
 
I'm not betting against a Tuesday night trip to Southampton, if I remember our last few seasons there they were mostly Tuesdays. But being based in Leicester, I can easily get to Coventry, Derby, Forest, Leicester (obv) and Peterborough on a train so they aren't an issue if they crop up midweek. In fact I can see the Walkers from my flat here (or the flood lights anyway!).
 
Due to a cashflow situation (I've just had my last income until the end of August) I want as many away games in August as possible. After that as many Saturday home games as possible for when I'm seeing family in Hull, with the exceptions being when we're out of term time for the midweek ones to get out the way. And I'd like the London away games on weekends evenly spaced through the season so I can squeeze them in on my trips to see my girlfriend.

Don't want much do I?
 
Iv'e got a right funny feeling that we'll be at Brighton on the opening day, making us the first team to win at Brighton's new ground
