Aye mate, but there is a difference. A holiday, it's good, it helps you relax, the get away from it all feeling. Nowt like a bit of warmth on your bones, then gan home looking like a lobster...

Helps the vino go down with some good food...

TBH, it's nice that it's cooled down to about 23 degrees ...... we were in southern Italy, Sicliy & Sardinia all summer and it was roasting every day.

Really got sick of it by the end, couldn't really do owt after around 11am so ended up drunk most of the time.

You misundersood, i have a lot of rain, more than you can imagine, but it's still so ****ing hot......

Believe me, all that sun, ain't all it;s cracked up to be. I actually niss the cooler weather sometimes.

Maybe for about ten minutes getting off the plane at Ponteland aerodrome with your string vest on in a blizzard in April.
Agree though mate spent 2 years in Cyprus, time in Kenya and Belize it was either raining or red hot there, Kenya was just red hot non stop and, I was glad to get back to changeable weather of good old Blighty.
