Cliff Jones,the Flying Welshman.Didn't matter if he was on the right wing or the left,he left the fullbacks on their backsides.Brilliant player.
Didn't have a good start as he broke his leg!....and years later they tried him as an inside forward to replace "The Ghost",John White after John was killed by lightning while sitting under a tree at a golf course. It didn't work and he went back on the wing.
Cliff was also brilliant with his head and scored many goals that way.
He was a wonderful piece of that great Spurs team of the 60's.
He deserves all the recognition he can get. So unforgettable.......

I was thinking earlier, that there are several Championship managers who are in real danger of losing their jobs.

Dave Jones at Wednesday, Dougie Freedman at Bolton is another. I thought Nigel Clough at Derby would be ok until at least Xmas.

I was wrong, Clough has just been sacked.
