Got all 20 Prem teams, took me ages to get Chelsea because I only really know derogatory nick names for them.

I'm just doing this Name That Team Quiz on the BT link I put up earlier and I'm frustrated that, although I have correctly identified 18 out of 20 Premier League teams in the picture, I can't even think of the other two clubs, let alone identify them. .
