    Yep. If that is true then it's an overreaction [the sacking, not your comment]. He doesn't need to be sacked, he just needs to get on with his job. Until he finds a formula he will kick, moan and whinge, but that's Di Canio. When he gets the formula right, and he will, given the chance, he'll shut up.

    Well, actually he won't. He'll crow about it. :)

    They shuld never have sacked Steve Bruce. With the exception of the first few months under MON, they were poor. I'm not sure they would have stayed up if they hadn't got in Di Canio for his "honeymoon period". Di Matteo, to be fair, is a fairly good replacement.
