    Okay, I've compiled another round-up...

Artur Boruc - played 90 minutes as Poland defeated San Marino 5-1
Maya Yoshida - played 90 minutes in Japan's 3-1 win against Ghana
Dejan Lovren - played 90 minutes as Croatia beat South Korea 2-1 in Jeonju
Steven Davis - played 90 minutes in Northern Ireland's 3-2 loss to Luxembourg
Dani Osvaldo - played the second half in Italy's 2-1 win over Czech Republic - sealing their World Cup place
Rickie Lambert - played 90 minutes in a goalless draw in Ukraine.

There is only one final member of the senior team squad to complete his international duties before returning, that is Gastón Ramírez.

Gastón Ramírez - Starts on the bench for Uruguay in World Cup Qualifier against Colombia, kick-off at 11pm BST.

    YOUTH:

Luke Shaw - played 90 minutes in England U21s 1-1 draw in Finland
James Ward-Prowse - played 90 minutes in England U21s 1-1 draw in Finland
Lloyd Isgrove - played 90 minutes as Wales drew 0-0 in Moldova

Was it Michael Palin who first suggested that whatever the average Italian male wears, he'll make it look cooler than it should, and cooler than if you're wearing something worth a million dollars. Something like that, anyway. I'm paraphrasing from his Around the World in 80 Days trip.

Do I think it's true..? Well Yes and No. My opinion is though, is that if you have reasonable features, have been brought up like I know an Italian male might typically be brought up, these days, you are confident, tanned, and you've looked in the mirror often enough to make sure you look your best. So, yes, on balance, an Italian male is going to make the most of a football kit. And if it's a good looking one..? There you go. :)

Ramirez got a flukey assist, controlled the ball with his chest and on the turn put a low ball across goal for stuani to tap home. He was playing on the left in a fairly attacking role, didn't do much else, put in another good cross and won the ball back once that was about it although I didn't see him come on and only realised he had come on when I saw him celebrate cavani's header. He looked good when he did get involved.

Well, others seem to think Ramirez changed the game when he came on.

That was mildly annoying. I gave up at HT while it was 0-0. No Ramirez, no score.

That extra day until our next match will be helpful in getting our players back, MOT'd and raring to go. Yoshida, Ramirez and Lovren have long trips ahead of them though.

Maybe. But I do expect to see the occasional passage of play where more than 3 passes are strung together, at least by the home side, if not both. A similar scoreline wouldn't be too much of a surprise though.
