Forget everything else - it truly is a mountain of bullsh!t at NUFC - but why was Alan Pardew standing there after the Fulham game stating we were hopefully going to sign a "key" player. I just do not, cannot, fathom it at all. It's the most monumentally ludicrous piece of bollox to ever come from that guy's mouth - yet I still question WHY did he say it?
