We don't need Poulson, hope he goes. We have plenty of options for central midfield now: Spearing, Lucas, Gerrard, Meireles, Shelvey and, possibly, Aquilani.

Rumour has it that Cole is undergoing a medical at Spurs today in a 3 million move. That should almost cover the wages we paid him this season at least...

 

rumour has it that Danny Wilson could go back to Rangers on a season long loan.

If this is true then it'll be good for him to get some first team football. I had high hopes for him last season though - I know that people go on about how he only looked good in a poor league, but it was his champions league performances for Rangers that make me rate him more highly than his performances for Liverpool last year suggest.

 

Sending Danny Wilson out on loan would be great. He only really played at left back last season for us and I admit he looked shaky. But I think he could be our leading CB in a few years time so the loan can only help that.

Would prefer a lower premier league team, maybe one of the promoted teams, to get valuable premier league experience, but he could play some Champions League games for Rangers if he goes there which will be good

Couple rumours of us and Arsenal interested in Bojan from Barcelona. I would certainly be happy with that.

 

Is Bojan an out and out striker on an off the striker roaming kind of guy?

 

Liverpool have reportedly increased their bid for Jordan Henderson to £18.5 million.It seems Kenny is intent on getting his business done as quickly as possible.

 

Question, is Henderson worth that much? or better yet is he that player that we need?

 

Only Kenny can answer that,If Fathead starts pricking about,expect Kenny to go elsewhere.

 

Reports today say Joe Cole won't be going to Spurs and I've just seen on the official site, "Midfielder Joe Cole is leaning towards staying at Anfield."

Also, we might be going for a Bojan/Jeffren double from Barca.

 

I am talking in your eyes terms of ability, what we need, positioning. I have not seen him play enough to make an honest judgement ( FSC over here or ESPN play big name team vs little known team or big name vs big name all the time)

 

That'd be nice to see, although Jeffren isn't really proven at the top level yet.

 

I'd take Bojan and Jeffren in a heartbeat, that is creativity sorted between those two, Suarez, Pacheco, Suso ( also talking in years to come) Gerrard, Miereles, depending on Aqua him.

I think Bojan has flashes but has that "size" tag which is nonsense, he can play. Jeffren has that pace and power I think needed for the prem. He is lightning.

 

Jeffren was already in the rumour mill. Bojan is said to be ready to leave Barca for more games. At 20 he could shadow Kuyt and get more games as both age.

Have to say the thought of us spending 18 mill on henderson leaves me somewhat cold.Can't believe he is worth that when we could get Bojan for 20 mill!

Still need to address left back abd would love to see baines sign but don't think that will happen.Also Young or N'Zogbia.

Anyone heard any rumours of outgoing players other than Cole who I think may stay anyway.
