Hull dominated Chelsea when they had Livermore, Huddlestone and Koren on together. If they can find enough goals they will stay up. Sounds obvious but they don't have much quality in terms of goalscorers so I'm not convinced. Sides will really struggle to dominate possession against them once Huddlestone and Livermore settle at the club.

Hull will stay up. Not sure why everyone is so sure Cardiff will stay up, they've bought some players but they looked dreadful at West Ham. I know it's early days but I just can't see Cardiff staying up. Palace are of course going to finish 20th. I think it'll be something like:

15. Newcastle
16. Hull
17. Sunderland
18. Cardiff
19. Stoke
20. Palace

Can't see us being anywhere near it.

Hull & Palace, with one of Sunderland, Stoke or Newcastle ... but from what I've seen so far (admittedley not much with only one game), all 5 are deserving to go down

Hang on, so Hull deserve to go down because they couldn't get anything away at Chelsea, arguably the best team in the league? I don't think that's really fair to say, they looked alright, it seems they might struggle to get goals but I think you can say that about 4 or 5 other teams as well. I think Cardiff looked much worse against a worse team and you didn't even mention them! Like you say it's all very early but I think Hull can get the points at the lower end clubs, and I think they'll be okay.

I hope hope hope Stoke go down though, they add nothing to the league and it's just boring now. The rest I do agree with you on, Palace, Sunderland and Newcastle looked dire. The one thing I'll say about Newcastle is that they will have goals in them, and that'll save them.

Hull will surprise a lot of teams this season, palace are hot favorites to go down with either one of the north east clubs or maybe the two of them, cardiff are not that strong either so they will be in the mix....

Fulham. Might stick a tenner on it, although its only 5/1.

They were shocking, and jol doesn't have the tactical ability at this level to save them. He's lost the dressing room, and I can see Ashley sticking with him until its too late for anyone to save them.

Hull are my pick to stay up from the newly promoted boys.

More to the point, if he does sack Pardew then he'll appoint Kinnear which would be a one-way ticket to doom for them.
