Here's the original, from Belgium's De Standaard...in the larger version, it's clearer that he's leaning back:

I'm getting a haircut tomorrow and I'm lacking imagination. Gimme some suggestions on what I should go for...

The Rickie Lambert short back and sides, with the ultra straight fringe. Mind you, it might not look quite so impressive on you. Or you could try that ludicrous Gareth Bale cut. Don't, DON'T follow some of the ultra daft ones we've seen in the last year. Not even for a laugh. ;)

I have no idea what to ask for when I'm getting my haircut. Might just start shaving it for the sake of simplicity.

I have a perennial lack of imagination when it comes to such things.

My hair has sadly seen its best days, when I used to have a head of hair that Robert Plant would have compared his mop to. When it was finally about to go as a consistent area over my head I had it bleached, and then had the temerity to get my then new passport photo with it. That caused a few looks when the non-colour disappeared and my darker colour returned. I remember people used to stop me in conversation [I was a shop manager at the time] to ask me how much my lovely intricate highlights cost. I would just smile and say [truthfully] that I'd got my wife to do it.

I've had long-ish hair for the past 5 years or so, I'm definitely not going for that much of a change <laugh>

I reckon you should go for the osvaldo look.

I was getting close to it before my last haircut, scruffy beard and all. Wasn't quite shoulder-length, but as I wouldn't put it in a ponytail it had to be cut on account of no longer being able to see.
