Now you're getting to the point.

Moderators : Can we have a rule on this forum that bans anyone that has had three complaints registered against them (abuse, WUMMING, obnoxious comments or infantile bickering with other forum members ? In the main I enjoy the factual postings & intelligent debates/discussions and opinions and indeed humourous comments (on most subjects), but find it frustrating to have to plough through a load of bilious, infantile tripe to get to the meat of a thread.
I realize this may be an onerous task for you mods, but in the long run (hopefully short run) it might give more pleasure & less frustration to most of the sensible, focused participants.

PS. If you get three posts of objection to this entry, I shall revise my request lol

Problem is you would get cartel type votes where three "likeminded" individuals would complain simply because they disagree with you.

Get a grip. How can signing the likes of Davies, Figgy and even Sagbo to some extend liken to PBs final shower of ****e?

We thought they were good at the time.

Our signings might come good, and I can completely understand why people think they will do, but we haven't signed anyone that another club really wanted, we haven't spent anything like big money and we aren't getting proven players, except for Davies I suppose who was proven in a ****e side with a ****e defence.

Oh and I think any kind of banning protocols are a very bad idea. If you think people should be banned let us know, but I don't like the idea of someone being 'automatically' banned based on a certain number of complaints or something.

Paul McShane (Sunderland, £1.5m)
Stephen Hunt (Reading, £2.5m)
Kamel Ghilas (Celta Vigo, £2m)
Seyi Olofinjana (Stoke, £3m)
Jozy Altidore (Villarreal, loan)
Steven Mouyokolo (Boulogne, free)
Ibrahima Sonko (Stoke, loan)

The only decent signing there is Mouyo on a free, and arguably Hunt. PB (and Duffen) spent massive amounts, in comparison, on unknowns. SB has been much more prudent in his dealings so far.

You're missing the point. We thought they'd all be good at the time, like every football does with every new signing except for Alex Bruce. It was only later we realised they were ****.

I am sure Mouyokolo cost a fee?

The transfer rumours seem so insignificant today.

What a shame the excitement has been dulled for so many.

Yes forget the name change. Does it matter? Lets get on with the season and sign some good midfielders. Hope SB is not getting tied down by this ancillary nonsense. Vent, vent some more, take a deep breath and roll onward to Chelsea.

This is of course the danger... Messers Bruce and co get asked from now until the Chelsea game irrelevant questions by **** stirring media about the name change.
