I'm gunna throw one out there. Darren Fletcher on a cheeky loan.

Getting close to full fitness now and he'll need games. Surely the manchester devils would be open to a half season loan?

He may not ever get back to his best, but if he gets close it could be beneficial to all parties.

Moderators : Can we have a rule on this forum that bans anyone that has had three complaints registered against them (abuse, WUMMING, obnoxious comments or infantile bickering with other forum members ? In the main I enjoy the factual postings & intelligent debates/discussions and opinions and indeed humourous comments (on most subjects), but find it frustrating to have to plough through a load of bilious, infantile tripe to get to the meat of a thread.
I realize this may be an onerous task for you mods, but in the long run (hopefully short run) it might give more pleasure & less frustration to most of the sensible, focused participants.

PS. If you get three posts of objection to this entry, I shall revise my request lol

I like that idea. The one change I would make is that after 3 complaints (for different situations, of course) the user should get a warning where he gets one last chance - one more complaint, no matter how petty, and it's a ban.

Attacking midfielder that had two great seasons at Roda JC. Went to FC Twente on a free transfer and hasn't played that many matches in the past two seasons. Mostly sub ins. Good passing and positioning is what stand out but his first touch and agility are bad. Can't control a decent hard pass. His speed is average but he is very ball secure and his vision and tactics are good. He acts as the link up player in midfield and has a the creativity to set up the attack. But overall he is just very average and because of that, he is struggling at Twente. I very much doubt he will do any good for Hull, and at age 27, he won't improve that much to keep up with the EPL leaguel. He has the basic qualities but he won't be a star player.

Must admit, this Summer reminds me of that Summer window before our Premiership relegation season....... Linked with 100's of players, failing to sign any apart from the one's nobody else wants.

Where's Sonko nowadays? Bet we sign him on the last day of the window!!

exactly my thoughts lets hope we dont end up with similar ****ers!
 
We've made far better signings than last time and our squad is far stronger. We'd like to be better obviously, but it's nothing like last time.

Whether we have the spirit like last time early season is what is important. Aluko could be our new Geo. If we do well this time, I have faith we win't capitulate for the next season and a half though.

I'm with Meyler on this one.

Seconded. They seem to go out of their way to be really irritating.

On the footballing front, Janssen wouldn't be too bad a signing. If he's got Eurpoean experience then that'll only benefit us. I'm not going to base his game on one miss on youtube, but if he's been recommended by Steve McLaren then he must be half good, Schteve wouldn't schtitch up the Hull City Tigersh would he?

SB has done and will carry on doing good sensible deals. Patience is not what many fans have these days.

Get a grip. How can signing the likes of Davies, Figgy and even Sagbo to some extend liken to PBs final shower of ****e?
