I'd be annoyed if we sold to Arsenal (of all clubs) for 47.5mill. We don't need to compromise. The clause is irrelevant (shock horror) and we don't need to sell. 55mill and him waiving his 5% cut and I'd be happier...if it was wrapped up by the end of the week to give time for replacements.

OK personally speaking I'd like us to sell for more than 50mill since Cavani went for 55 and Suarez is Uruguay top scorer and almost the PL top scorer. Would feel somewhat aggrieved if it happened at the price that article says, it's not too much more to get from 47-50 and would smack of more low-balling from you.
