Interesting bit on Sky about changing the Women's Ashes match to a format where they compete in T20, ODI and a Test Match to discover the best team. The problem is that England and Australia are the only countries who compete at Test level, so it is a way of keeping a full Test Match whilst incorporating the more usual formats of T20 and ODI.

My iron on Saints crest arrived, I just need to decide what to put it on now. I'm thinking about getting the Tiro13 training jacket and putting it on that, then I would have something to wear to matches when the whether is less clement.

Had a really ****ty morning, but I've just managed to acquire an arseload of chicken wings for only £3 and the day has got a whole lot better. Just need to make sure I don't "do a PompeyLapras" and end up binning them.

How shall I cook these bad boys?

What the whole lot..? I'd oven cook them after dipping them into a strong warm sauce/marinade of olive oil, tandoori marsala, tumeric powder, touch of hot chilli powder, salt, pepper and sugar or honey. Pre-heat the oven or just turn the wick up relatively high [say 180-190 celcius] and cook for about 30 minutes or until done, in a baking/roasting tray. I'd possibly roast a few sliced peppers too with some olive oil over them too at the same time. Or maybe the rest of the sauce. Could do a couple of coarsely sliced onions too.

Oops, getting peckish..!
