Ah yeah, then good point. Think he could be a great player but i think the money could be used elsewhere on the field to strengthen. If we really are only in for united youth prospects, does anyone know what has happened to that petrucci? Also Norwood looks like a good midfielder with his partnership with tunnicliffe

I agree Morrison is the best prospect United have had for years.

The problem with him as far as we are concerned is that he is untried in the football league.

Ajose on the other hand has had a very successful season with Bury and is ready to take the step up.

I'm not so sure you know, we still have Warren Joyce plugging us to Fergie snr, plus Peterborough will be dogging it in a relegation battle. I can see us getting the better loans and Peterborough getting the not so good ones.

Davide Petrucci, Nicky Ajose, Paul Pogba Ben Amos or Ravel Morrison for me please.

id rather us sign a keeper on a permanent deal. we need someone to get settled in the team and work well with our defence.

Fair point, especially since our defence will be considerably different this year.

Think money 2 buy players will be swallowed up on outfiled players so we will maybe sign a keeper on a free and get a back up in on loan

I don't mind the back-up loans, just not in the first team. I always like to have a goalkeeper who knows that he'll be here next year, come rain or shine

    I agree with this.

I think the spine of the team should be our players.

So, Goalie, Central defender, Central midfield (Captain) and Centre Forward should be our players.

Having said that we have permanents in all positions APART from those above (ie. LB, RB, RW etc) so who knows?

Heard Ryan Tunnicliffe is a good prospect too. Ravel Morrison could be a world beater but he'll probably end up in jail before he's much older.

My football manager sense is tingling, also not a bad keeper in reality. Must be a backup though?
