Just got in some details: Erik Pieters was told to pen a new contract or depart this summer. PSV had set a proce of 5 million euro's but the 3.6 million euro agreement suggests that PSV wanted to get rid of Pieters desperately. Pieters joined PSV in 2008, coming in from FC Utrecht, he played 93 games for Eindhoven, only 2 in the 2012-2013 season, never scored for the club.

 

As long as the Man City bench hasn't ruined him!

 

Tottenham want to sell midfielder Tom Huddlestone, 26, with Sunderland considering a £5m bid for the midfielder.

Good, nippy little striker, we could do worse than this.

 

Not sure i'd pay 6m for a 30 year old on high wages with a low resale value, but if we could pay around 4 million then i would say good deal.

I read in the paper that a move to bring Jermain Defoe is nothing but a "Long Shot". It`s rather annoying when this happens, because that idiot Pulis wasted a kings ransom when he was manager. Cut down on the wage bill and let the club buy some talent with the proceeds. If we don`t, we are going to be the laughing stock of the Premiership once again. Mr Coates made the money available but Pulis bought players that he had no intention of playing. If he is sane, I know somewhere where there is a house full of them. Get rid of ALL such players and then maybe we will not be laughed at when we enquire about players such as Jermain Defoe.

I think MH will get the players HE wants. QPR are In deep trouble, so I don't see the logic why they would want to pay big money for Crouch of Parker!
