Your finally coming round to my way of thinking ;)

Welcome Fer, hope he is a great success here and rises to the challenge. Look forward to seeing him next season and assessing his skills myself, from what I have heard he is a great young talent.

did i ever say i wouldn't? as long as he's within our wage bracket then i'd be happy. he scores goals, he's quite creative although i'd prefer someone very creative :D

i much prefer younger players but if an older guy comes along who is much better than what we have we shouldn't be put off if the deal suits us

Hooper has been a top class striker because he played on a more than capable Celtic team
Who even in Champions League created chances for him . Normally teams playing amongst
the dregs of the over - rated EPL play with half a dozen defenders and two or three defensive
Midfielders, who normally close their eyes before humping the ball up the field.
Hooper was on small enough wages as Celtic wanted him to extend his contract with a considerable
Pay rise. I wish him well, he will need it as he is taking a major step down .

Lol, you have no idea! He will be taking a massive step down, if he goes to QPR. Go and troll on there board, that seems as if where he is going.

    EPL > SPL

SPL without Rangers is pointless. Crap league, end of.

We beat Man Utd and Arsenal at home and Man City away last season we are more than holding our own and as for the champions league its not exactly difficult for you to qualify for it is it? What competetion do you have? None.

If Hooper does move to us at least he will get to test himself against proper opposition week in, week out! At the moment he has to wait months at a time for the champions league games to come around.

If it's anything more than a recycled/dreamed-up story regarding Hooper or Quagliarella I'd be very surprised. I doubt it's anything we haven't already heard. The mainstream newspapers are always slower than us in listening to rumours from twitter and smaller sites.

Celtic holding out for more than £5m for Hooper now... I really want to sign him, but the price tag is starting to get silly! :(

Regarding Fer, I have heard him likened to Patrick Vierra. If this is even close to true we have a massive player. In my opinion Vierra wae Arsenal in his day. Since he left they have won nothing.

I think it is regarding Hooper as there's nothing else in there. Its saying that west ham are interested now too.

Daily express has said that we have a deadline for the end of the day for Celtic to either accept our offer of 4mil + player.

Having sold Wanyama to Saints, Celtic are likely to be looking for a replacement DM, so Tettey or Johnson would seem to make more sense. Maybe the sticking point is that they want Johnson but we are offering Tettey. <ok>
