Any likely problems with work permit? Presumably he plays regularly for Kenya.

Can't imagine any problems. He already has a UK work permit and changing his employer should just be a formality.

You are about to sign a special player

I think if you change employer you need to re-apply for a new work permit. Not sure where I remember that from.

I would think he and Schneiderlin will be the 2 holding midfielders who play most often, although Cork could probably play with either of them as well. Further forward it's too early to tell and depends who we sign.So is he a definite starter? If so who will he replace? Or is he a very expensive squad strengthener? I would imagine that the midfield Pochettino would want to put out would include Wanyama, Ramirez and Schneiderlin, so who misses out? In fact perhaps we ought to start a new thread on what do we think next season's team will look like given the players we have currently.
Ok, I'll do it.

If Tadanari Lee is an "exceptional talent" then Wanyama certainly is too. At any rate, he's got over 20 caps, is their captain and has surely played whatever the percentage of the required international games is.
Yes, the new kit is awful. Well said Fran.
best of luck, Vic![]()
Has anyone suggested a "Wanyama.....what's my name" (in the style of Rhianna) chant?
