BBC Radio 4 are running a 'trailer' kind of thing - asking listeners to send in their favourite 8 records, to accompany them when cast away on the proverbial 'Desert Island'.

I'd definitely include the Beatles' "I Saw Her Standing There", Bob Marley's "Redemption Song", Neil Young's "Helpless", Marvin Gaye's "Heard It Through The Grapevine", Joni Mitchell's "A Taste Of You", and on and on.........to be honest, I'd have trouble sticking to eight songs!

What records would you take?

errr, i'm a bit of a young'un so

Best of times - Sage Francis
Debaser - The pixies
A different world - Iron Maiden
Feeling Good - Muse
Heavyweight Champion of the World - Reverend and the Makers
Jonny Sniper - Enter Shikari
Last Summer - Lostprophets
No More Mr. Nice Guy - Alice Cooper

It is really hard to choose 8!

I'd have the best of Bear Grylls and an album on how to build a boat/plane/radio from drift wood.
