I don`t know much about rugby, but the jockless Lions just lost to Australia - last year Scotland beat Australia in Australia. There has been a lot of bluster that it would be a whitewash for the Lions - maybe Gatland has his selection wrong ?
Australia have been terrible for a couple of years but are playing much better rugby now. Whereas The lions are good in the forwards but don't have the attacking potency to break through the australians, they can maul and capitalise on errors but that's about it. The last 2 games have been fantastic rugby and the decider should be even better.

The last game will be a battle for sure.

I have to admit I'm only an occasional rugby viewer (I.e. mostly only big internationals), but the whole idea of the Lions seems a bit daft to me, when there's only about 10 or so proper rugby playing nations in the world, having four of them gang up on one of the others seems a bit silly to me these days but I suppose it's probably just tradition. And we can't seem to have the level of dominance we should do anyway so maybe it doesn't matter haha.

How depressingly bad would a Lions football team be. Ok with Baines and Bale we'd be sorted down that side...

My uncle also has a fairly extensive LP collection, he used to play them all the time and I can thank him for opening my eyes to the fantastic music of the last generation before I was sucked up in to the current one, which now is just like noise to me for the most part. I remember I asked him if I could have some to take home and obviously he wouldn't trust me with one of his records and I didn't have a table anyway, so next time I visited he had bought me some CDs and he seemed almost disappointed to be giving them to me or holding them at all haha. A few years later I was scrolling through my music library and asked if he could suggest anything else to add to my 'collection' and he cut me off with "That's not a collection!" "Why?" "You didn't pay for them and they're not even real!" "Why would I pay for them, what do you mean?"... He looked aghast, I think he realised what he had set in motion was not what he had wanted whatsoever!

But at least he got you appreciating more than what is absolutely new. If it's new to you only, it's new.

I've probably said it before, that even if I completely stopped listening to anything after... say 1979, there is so much superb music that I've never listened to, it would last me another lifetime. But then I'd have to leave out every XTC album after Drum & Wires and that would be simply impossible. :)

Cal Crutchlow once again manages to take the piss out of Matt Roberts, while being interviewed on the grid, and also rightly manages to take a crack at the BBC for demoting MotoGP to the infamous but inaccessible [for many] Red Button. It's not even on the BBC MotoGP website. Auntie has stopped caring after not promoting the sport anything like as much as they could have. It's a huge motorsport in mainland Europe. BT Sport will have a brilliant addition to their collection.

Incidentally, I'm watching on my Galaxy II. Assen looks superb on a smartphone.

Crutchlow 4th and the fastest guy out there after being mugged on the start line. Bradley is doing well. Rossi is chasing the Hondas. Lorenzo [with broken collarbone] has just done Cal..!

Wahey, Vale's on it today..!

He's done it! After many hundreds of years in the wilderness, he's finally won!

Shame Crutchlow couldn't spoil the party, but now I've got GP2 to look forward to :D
