Joe and TTSF: Go ahead and try to find me. My username is nothing more than the first string of letters I could think of that could be pronounced that has no meaning to me. My one comment is currently on 37 points and was made one month ago. It has nothing to do with Southampton, or even football. But hey, good luck lads.

37 isn't bad for a first post! I'm going to guess NFL?

The first album I ever owned was the Harry Potter Philosophers Stone soundtrack

The first 'proper' album I ever owned was Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory

The first album I ever bought was Red Hot Chili Peppers - By The Way

First album I bought with my own money was probably Silver Side Up by Nickelback. Brilliant album.

First album I ever actually bought was You Could Have It So Much Better.

Think the first album I bought was Ta-Dah! by the Scissor Sisters.

That was a mistake.

Good choices apart from the Harry Potter part I think!

My first album was All Killer No Filler by Sum 41.

First album I ever bought with my own money was Led Zeppelin II.

I thank you..! :)

I think I've found you and TTSF without much effort at all. Your usernames are a bit of a giveaway.

Yeah, just a bit. I'm not good at being anonymous.

As far as I know it gets rid of adverts, saying that I'm not sure I've ever seen a Reddit ad?

Do you use Adblock? It pretty much does the same thing. You can also view more comments at once; it highlights comments which were posted after you last viewed it; and there's the Reddit Lounge, which is a special subreddit for people with gold.

Aww man I just checked with RES and my one comment has 13 downvotes, what did I do to upset 13 people?

That is a question you will never find the answer to. Redditors, by and large, are a strange folk.

You win. No one's beating that.

Thank you Joe. I should qualify that though by admitting that only a year earlier I made one of my very rare singles purchases, namely Bridget The Midget. <doh>

In my defence I was very young and foolish but I learned quickly. :)
First album I ever owned was bought for me for Christmas, and that was Deep Purple - Fireball. Not a great album.

Nah I've never really been that fussed with adverts to install Adblock. I'm also pretty bad at being anonymous, hell I've even touted this site in comments before.

This is why I don't post often. Everyone seems either far too witty for me to keep up with, or far too elitist for me to fit in with, or far too low brow for me to bother with (like most of the default subs). I can't do it! :(

Depends which subs you browse, but for the most part, trust me, they're not witty. It seems like they are at first, but the longer you lurk, the more you realise they're all just copying each other and you've heard every joke 50 times before.

The most annoying people are the libertarian Americans whose sole reason for defending gun rights and opposing taxation is "because FREEDOM!", and I keep seeing people (who have probably never even left America) insist that Europe is being invaded by Muslims. Smart people they ain't.

I'm noticing that a few times. It's an annoying trend that the top voted comment is some big copy/paste joke. Be it about navy seals or some random spork thing. However there are lots of Archer jokes so I feel like I fit in there.

I'd challenge that with the r/atheism ****ers being the most annoying people, but yeah that sounds pretty annoying. It's a shame that the internet gives voice to such people!

Also as I'm still subscribed to both r/gaming and r/games (I know r/gaming is childish and ridiculous but it's a good place for news) I just get endlessly sick with jealousy towards people with The Last of Us.

I unsubscribed from /r/atheism a long time ago, so I don't have to see that ****. I think I can beat that for annoying though: try /r/****redditsays for a bunch of social justice warriors who think they have perfect morals. Most of them seem to be militant feminists. Also /r/******s speaks for itself. Horrible place, and no, it's not satirical.

Oh and yeah, that game looks so awesome.

I ended up buying a second hand ps3 mainly to play that game, totally worth it

Just had a look at a couple of posts on /r/****redditsays and it looks dreadful. As for /r/******s... the little Paula Deen picture made me smile but it just looks appalling. Most of the feminist/anti-feminist pages like /r/mensrights make me very agitated too.

Also I hesitate to ask but I've seen it mentioned a lot and I'm too worried to google it... what exactly is /r/spacedicks? Cause if it's just pictures of like, dicks in astronaut costumes that doesn't sound too bad, but the way people talk about it makes me think it's a lot worse.
