Well the stoke team stayed at the marriot, i saw them with my own eyes

I've seen numerous teams at the Ramside, including ours on several occasions.

The away team stay at several hotels. i think the rule is you have to stay overnight within 20 miles of the ground for all away games. Durham county and Raddison, Several in Newcastle and Gosforth Park is a favourite as has plent of grounds, but don't stay at Seaham hall. Not enough rooms for one and a little up market.

 

Its lovely, especially if you get a room over looking the river, breakfast is brill, they cook you whatever you want, was best man at my cousins wedding a few weeks back there, was a power cut and drinks were on the house, imagine the state of the wedding party, messy to say the least

 

I'm going to a wedding there later in the year as it happens. Fingers crossed there is a power cut. Though more likely it'll bea few feet underwater, given the location.

 

Facilities are canny aswell, take your trunks
