According to the BBC, Liverpool are looking good to sign Mignolet from Sunderland: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22996681

If that happens, could this?

1) Sunderland will need a new 'keeper and will likely be linked with our Kasper.
2) They offer us £3-4 million
3) We say no.
4) Kasper wants to play for them and asks to leave.
5) They make new bid.
6) We ask for Westwood as part exchange.
7) Deal gets done.

Any takers?
 
I'd take a money+Westwood deal for Kasper.

... about as likely as Arsenal signing Higuain and Rooney ... oh but wait <yikes>

I'm with AKCJ on this - I think Westwood plus a tidy sum of cash would be a very good deal for us - really rated Westwood previously ..
 
ive heard between 9 and 11 million, if we got £2 - £2.5m and Westwood i wouldn't mind, although i think they will still be fighting for relegation, although Kasper would be able to save them enough points to stay up at least.

Twitter can be a useful source of information, bit as 90% of the stuff on there is nonsense, it's best to stick with those feeds with at least a small degree of credibility.

You've said you want £4m for Schneichel, I suspect you'd probably take less, so nobody will bid £5m.
