Yes. Gundogan is awesome, Bender would be the defensive anchor we need, and Higuain is miles better than Giroud, even if i'm not sold on him 100%
The French connection doesn't really seem to have a bearing on this in regards to Higuain but it could explain the supposed meetings between Wenger and Higauin's father, as he spent a year in France playing for Brest.
