Rang the Police today about scumbags throwing cones in a river. Police despatch rang me back to report 'a' cone had been put back (200m away loads of plonky under ages were filling their boots with booze). Lololololol.
I'd hate to be a policeman now as I watch the scum do what they want over and over again with no real powers to do a thing.
